Having been a competitive club/county runner since I was 15 (latterly with Swindon Harriers), I have been used to training almost every day for the last 15 years with a mix of aerobic, gym, circuit and resistance training. I have competed on the track, cross country and road over distances ranging from 1500m to the Half-Marathon. Previously Personal Trainer with Fitness First, Swindon. Winner of the Nationwide Swindon Half Marathon 2007.
