Getting people fitter will improve not only their physical condition and all the multitude of health benefits that this brings, but will boost an individual’s psychological well being such as improved self-esteem and self motivation, and it can also help combat depression and stress.

Fitness-4-U is based on the belief (and scientific evidence) that an individual’s short and long term quality of life can be greatly enhanced by achieving an improved level of personal fitness. For this reason, it provides individual goal related personal fitness training programmes for all levels of ability and ages.

f4u session

Personal Training sessions can take place in your own home, garden, office or local park. We can fit in a session around your busy schedule, whether you want to exercise early morning before work, lunchtime or last thing at night.

Training programmes are built around your goals, needs and interests and sessions can include:

  • Running, Walking or Nordic walking
  • Weights
  • Circuits
  • Core work
  • TRX
  • Boxercise
  • Kettlebells, Tube work or Flexibar training

Your Fitness-4-U training session will be led by Gary O'Brien
a Personal Trainer since 2001 and holding a degree in Sports Studies, which included physiology and sports psychology.

  • Advanced Personal Trainer
  • Boxercise Instructor
  • Ante and Post Natal Fitness
  • Nordic Walking Instructor

  • Nutrition and Weight Management

Gary O'Brien is also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and the National Register of Personal Trainers.

The Fitness-4-U Personal Training is priced at £40 per one hour session.
